Learn to Drive!!!

So, on my way to school from work today I ran into my biggest pet peeve! I stopped at an intersection where traffic going east or west has to stop for the traffic going north or south. I was turning left to head north. A guy stopped across from me to cross the intersection and go west. I waited for him, as I should, and he flashed his lights at me. I motioned for him to go and he wouldn't. I get so upset with this scenario! Allow me to show a section from page 21 of the 2004 Edition of the Utah Driver's Handbook:



I don't know how the laws are in other states, but in Utah you ALWAYS yield to oncoming traffic when you are turning left. Don't bring 4-Way stop rules into an intersection that does not have a 4-Way stop! Learn to drive Utahns!!!
